I’ve always wanted to be Sister. It was just the right Timing in 2014

Advocacy for human rights, anti-bullying, and homelessness.

Why did you join?
While living in San Francisco I was always intrigued by what the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence stood for and their causes they represent. When I moved to San Francisco in 1985, I would see them around the Castro. In the early nineties had the pleasure to spend time with Sister Roma, She was a friend of a coworker of mine. Around the same timeline I met Huntly Gordon and Sister Flatulina Grandé at his birthday. I believe it was his 59th or 60th. I wanted to join, however I was shy; now that I am mature. I feel a sense of responsibility to give back to the LGBTQ community through outreach and fundraising. I'm so happy to be afforded this opportunity as a member of the Sisters of Perpetual indulgence. INC, The Mother House. To help fight for social equality in the LGBTQ community to raise awareness to all.

With CCSPI I was a board member at large and treasurer for two calendar years and mistress of novices.
