Looking to get ahold of the Sisters? You've come to the right place. Please read our Grants page before contacting us about applying for a grant from the Sisters. The Sisters' Social and Economic Scholarship program ended when Ba Da Bingo did; at this time the Sisters are not offering any sort of scholarships.
The Sisters love to take money from people! And we love giving it out even more. Every donation made to the Sisters, no matter how small helps us to spread joy, banish guilt and serve the community. The Sisters have given out over $2 million, and with your continued support, we hope to give out even more! So when you see a Sister out and about, slip here a dollar or two; we'll make sure it gets to where it needs to go. And if you'd like to make a donation online, please click here!
The Sisters always appreciate being invited to glamorous parties, especially the ones that have open bars. However, we generally prefer to attend events that are fundraisers or are providing some other direct service to the community. We also enjoy the opportunity to educate others and many of us have lectured at various classes around the Bay Area. The Sisters excel at hostessing, emceeing and raising money.
Although all Fully Professed Sisters can speak on behalf of the Order, the best nuns to get "official statements" from are the Abyess or the Board Chairnun. Questions about specific programs like Bingo or our Grants can best be addressed by the Mistress of that program.
Live outside of San Francisco and looking for some Sisterly flair? Try checking out our World Orders page to see if there's a House close to you. The Sisters have been known to throw their wimples in a suitcase and travel, and are even more inclined to do so when someone's paying for airfare and lodging. We are all non-paid volunteers, after all.
