From swanky cocktail parties to good old-fashioned beverage benefits, the Sisters can be found out and about, almost always raising money for charitable causes. Check out what's coming up on the Sisters' calendar. Keep on top of the Sisters' news and events: sign up for the Sisters' Annuncement mailing list. We'll send out an average of two to three emails a month letting you know what the Sisters are up to and what we'll be doing next. And because we believe spam is a sin, we'll never sell, rent or give away your email address. Interested in having the Sisters attend an event? We're always delighted to be invited to social functions of all kinds, especially the ones that have open bars. However, our favorite events are the ones that combine fun with fundraising. If you think your event might benefit from some Sisterly presence, feel free to drop us a line. |

It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees. Goals: An inclusive, inspiring, integrated (web and on-the-ground) movment with a clear central place online and feedback loop to empower a grassroots movement that integrates with any formal campaign. March for "Life" Counter-Protest The fights for reproductive rights and marriage equality are essentially the same: to prevent religion from influencing politics, and to get the government out of our private lives. The group of counter-protesters is usually so small that it's dwarfed by the huge "March for Life" (whose participants are bussed in to San Francisco from great distances). Let's boost the number of counter-protesters this year and make a big positive statement for the media. Organized by BACORR (Bay Area Coalition for Reproductive Rights) and others.
