We'll send out an average of two to three emails a month letting you know what the Sisters are up to and what we'll be doing next. And because we believe spam is a sin, we'll never sell, rent or give away your email address. Interested in having the Sisters attend an event? We're always delighted to be invited to social functions of all kinds, especially the ones that have open bars. However, our favorite events are the ones that combine fun with fundraising. The First Annual I-Vibe AIDS Benefit Jamboree Come and enjoy an evening of Reggae, Hip Hop, and Funky Groves featuring the talents of Beatnok, Mr. Lucky, Irie 1 and L Boogie. All proceeds to benefit AIDS LifeCycle 7. Presented by I & I Vibration and the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. El Rincon Saturday 26 April 2008 The Hugging Darshan Putting a nunly spin on the message, the Sisters will sponsor a Free Hugs day in San Francisco (check out the YouTube video link on that site). Plan to spend minutes or hours walking through the Castro, down Market and into the local bastions of homelessness, tourism and trade as we embrace any and all in need of a hug. No ulterior motive, no gimmicks. Just love, laughter, and hope. No being on this planet is undeserving of a little love. We will be starting with a centering moment at noon in The Pink Triangle Memorial Park (corner of Market Street and 17th), a place honoring lives lost due to intolerance.
