I discovered the Order through my neighbor, Myrna (aka Sister Phyllis). Seeing the work she was doing in the community through the Sisters and the pleasure it brought made me want to be a part of the Order. Sponsor in the Order? Also, I truly want to make a difference in the world and view my Sisterhood as the most fun way to reach out to people and change things. Religious beliefs (if any)? I did my time in Catholic school! I still consider some aspects of my being to be influenced by my Catholic upbringing - I had my daughter baptized. Religion has taught me discipline, taught me that there is always someone higher than me and I will have to answer for my actions at some point. I want to teach my daughter these same values.
